In celebration of Earth Day 2022, the Rotary Club of San Pablo City with its environmental partner Friends of Seven Lakes Foundation organized the Linis Lawa para sa Kalikasan– a lake clean-up activity and environmental awareness to the community of San Pablo City.
The event was the biggest recorded attendees for the annual celebration with more than 56 civic organization who participated in for this year’s earth day activity, said Msgr. Gerry Bitoon, Chairman of FSLF. With the signing of our Environment Manifesto, each organization sealed their commitment to our mother earth. He finally added.
The event was held at the famous Sampaloc Lake, one of the prominent lake out of seven “wonder” lakes in the city. Each civic organization was provided an area where they can proceed with their clean-up activity. This will be their yearly commitment to protect our environment.
